Please note: There are no refunds on LandAirSea vehicle trackers or VEiL Stealth Coating. We do offer a 14 exchange policy for defective LandAirSea trackers and a 1 year warranty from the manufacturer.

Return or exchange may be made within 30 days of purchase with prior authorization. Please call us at 1-505-292-3602 for an RMA #.

• Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges and risk of loss on all return shipments. We highly recommend that you use a reputable shipping carrier capable of providing proof of delivery, as well as properly packing and fully insuring your return shipment.

• All returned merchandise must be in original condition with original packing material.

• All returns must be sent back in a box to protect the product.

• The products own box is not an acceptable shipping box.

• Returns are accepted only if returned to us within 30 days of original purchase date.

• All accessories must be included or additional restocking fees may apply.

• Shipping charges, if any, are not refundable with the only exception being DOA units.

• There is a 15% restocking fee on all refunds, no exceptions.

• We do carry many other radar detectors and exchanges can be made within 30 days at no additional charge.
