LandAirSea 7100 GPS Vehicle Tracker -
The
LandAirSea 7100 is a web-based, real-time tracking system that uses
GPS technology to accurately determine the exact location of your
vehicle anywhere in the United States. The LandAirSea 7100 does
not require a set monthly service fee. The fees that are related
to the amount of tracking you do is called "Fair and Flexible Tracking".
You can set the unit to update its location while the vehicle is
moving and can be set to update in the following increments : 5
minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 60 minutes, 4 hours, daily or weekly.
The costs for these automatic location updates are shown in the
table below.
If you do not want automatic updates of
your vehicles location and are only going to use your tracking device
to occasionally track your vehicles location, these are called pings.
Pings are billed at 25¢ each.
The LandAirSea 7100 also has 3 inputs which can be connected
to your vehicle’s alarm system or airbag inflation system to inform
you if your alarm is going off or if your airbag was inflated.
You can also use the LandAirSea 7100 to disable your vehicle
from driving anywhere in the event that it was stolen. The LandAirSea
7100 is very easy to install on your vehicle. It comes with a single
hidden antenna and a power cable that connects directly to your
battery or fuse box.

Set Monthly Fees, Just Pay As You Go
If you are only going to use your tracking device to occasionally
track
your vehicles location, these are called pings. Pings are
billed at 25 cents each.
Fair and Flexible Example
1
You own a vehicle and install a LandAirSea 7100. You do not track
your vehicle for the first few months. Since you did not track your
vehicle, you do not pay any fees. Suddenly your vehicle is stolen.
You go online, track (ping) your vehicle’s location, and contact
the police. Your vehicle is recovered, your fee: 25 cents.

You own a vehicle and you always want to know where it is. The 7100
unit is set to automatically update its location every 15 minutes
if the vehicle is moving. The vehicle is driven about 8 hours a
week or 32 hours a month. That means you use approximately 128 automatic
location updates per month. With 128 automatic location updates,
you will fall into the 100-499 monthly location update range which
is 4.5¢ per location update.

You own a car dealership and you offer your own financing to certain
customers. You have 10 vehicles out there that fall into this category
and every vehicle has a LandAirSea 7100 unit installed. Occasionally,
you need to track the location of one of these vehicles. To track
the location, you simply go online and for the low cost of 25 cents,
you can immediately locate the vehicle.

Please note that there is a one-time $14.95 activation fee.
There is no refunds on these trackers,
only a 14 exchange policy for defective units and a 1 year warranty
from the manufacture.
